Salsa!

Salsa.... not just dip to be served at a Friday party. Salsa, the music, is essentially Afro-cuban. Salsa, the dance, is hot, spicy, and great fun!

Whether your interests lie in the mambo, the name of the dance that preceded the salsa, or in the salsa, as the dance is called today, we can teach it to you here at The Ballroom.

In addition to teaching you many of the most popular nightclub moves, we can help you understand the timing of the down-beat (on the one) or the more intricate clave rhythm (on the two.)

Salsa classes are offered on Monday beginning the first week of the month.

We offer salsa classes on the following days and times:

Drop-in rate for all group lessons is $18.

Once you have completed a Salsa I series, and with the instructor's approval, you may then progress into Salsa II.
